Medline’s HubGuard® PE Foam 2-Part Securement Dressing securely anchors the catheter at the infusion site while providing a soft barrier between the rigid hub and the patient's skin.
This dressing is available in five different dimensions to fit most of your needs. It comes in two parts and is recommended for use during arterial, dialysis, implantable, jugular, paediatric, picc, port and sub-clavian procedures.
HubGuard reduces catheter migration, dislodgement, and unscheduled IV restarts by enhancing stability, which limits the pistoning effect of the catheter in the vein.
