Medline Strengthens Its Culture of Diversity and Inclusion

Medline is pleased to announce the release of its new Diversity and Inclusion Statement. It has always been Medline’s policy to afford equal employment opportunities, but this statement takes it a step further. It recognises that a diverse workforce allows the company to draw on different perspectives to enhance decision-making, innovation, and product and service quality.
Additionally, the statement sets goals for the next four years to further embed a commitment to diversity and inclusion in Medline’s recruitment activities, internal promotions, remuneration and reward system, training and development opportunities, and in its overall organisational culture.
