The UROSID® Sensor 400 Foley Catheter with Temperature Measuring Function provides an ideal solution to passive emptying, and retrograde filling or drainage of the urinary bladder, and additional continuous temperature monitoring (measuring range: 25°C to 45°C) to receive precise measuring results from the patients’ bladder. This indwelling catheter has a continuous barium sulphate X-ray contrast strip.
This is a double-lumen, transurethral bladder catheter made out of medical-grade silicone with a Nelaton tip.
The UROSID Sensor 400 Foley catheter is MRI compatible.
To help in selecting the appropriate size of the catheter, each diameter is colour-coded and can be used with several types of catheter extensions as well as all UROSID urine bags. Additionally, the valve comes with a luer syringe attachment.
The catheter balloon is available in different volumes, from 5 (for children) to 30ml.
