Connectors
Medline offers 4 different tubing connectors: straight, sims, T and Y. The straight connector fits five sizes of tubing. It can connect the same size of tubing or be used as a reducer for any combination of tubing with a 5 to 11 mm inner diameter. The sims connector is graduated to fit seven sizes of tubing. It is used as a reducer for any combination of tubing with a 3 to 6 mm inner diameter. The T-connector is used to join three sections of tubing. It can connect the same size of tubing with a 5 to 11 mm inner diameter. The Y-connector is used to join three sections of tubing. It can connect the same size of tubing with a 6 to 15 mm inner diameter.
