UROSID® Supra Silicone Suprapubic Catheters

The UROSID® Supra Silicone Suprapubic Catheter provides an ideal solution to patients who cannot be catheterised through the urethra, and thus need a percutaneous bladder drainage procedure also called suprapubic catheterisation. It is used for extra-anatomical emptying of the urinary bladder. This catheter is double lumen and made out of medical-grade silicone. This indwelling catheter has a continuous barium sulphate X-ray contrast strip.
To help in selecting the appropriate size of the catheter, each diameter is colour-coded and can be used with several types of catheter extensions as well as all UROSID urine bags. Additionally, the valve comes with a luer syringe attachment.
The catheter comes with a stylet to ensure an easy and safe insertion, especially for smaller sizes (CH06 to CH10).
The catheter balloons have several volumes available, from 1.5 ml to 5/10 ml, depending on CH-size.
