UROSID® 2000 Horizontal Urine Drainage Systems without Needle

The UROSID® 2000 Horizontal Urine Drainage System without Needle provides an ideal solution to multi-day urine drainage. This is made possible by the urinary catheter, which is connected to a tube that forms a separate system away from the urine bag. This aids in preventing CAUTI.

The system offers the following to keep the patient safe:
  • Prevents backflow of urine from the catheter bag into the tubing thanks to a drip chamber with an integrated non-return valve
  • Facilitates easy emptying of the urine bag thanks to the horizontal cross valve
  • Safe usage especially in situations of low hospital bed
  • The hydrophobic coated micro filter is impervious against bacteria, liquid-tight and regulates the ventilation of the bag
  • Urine sampling port is used without a needle
  • Clinicians and patients do not have to worry about allergic reactions as it is free from natural rubber latex
  • Sterile (EO)
The system has a urine bag with a volume of 2000 ml and two tubing lengths are available: 90 cm and 120 cm.
